It was my first time staying at a Leonardo hotel, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room I booked was my highlight, it was big, spacious, clean, had good lighting and a lot of storage. The location was quite convenient as it was close to other amenities, however for me it was overwhelming as I like quiet, less busy locations. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. I see why this hotel has a higher rating on booking.com than some other “big” hotels.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly; reception, cleaners and servers. There was one staff member that was really attentive to me and my family member. We wanted to change tables for breakfast, they were really helpful in helping us to do this. Also when one of the foods had run out that I wanted they went to the kitchen to get more food. And brought the food over to us; I met them half way as I was not expecting them to bring the food to our table, since breakfast is self service. :D I appreciated their care and thoughtfulness. It was a pleasant stay.

I also appreciated the desperate toasting area to avoid contamination and illness. I appreciated the upgrade to a king-size room!! I would definitely choose to stay here again. Absolutely good value for money.

The hotel upgraded me to a double room and it was so quiet and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff very polite. However the biggest accolade must go to the house keeping staff. Excellent! It was clean and fresh - and I could not fault the service and standard. Will stay again. Parking was very handy and the location was ideal for where I wanted to be with access to shopping and meeting places nearby.

The staff were very accommodating and patient, especially when my friend who had booked a superior room was not happy that my, upgraded room, was of better quality. Parking was very good though it seemed expensive over two days. I thought the receptionist (whose name I did not get) dealt with my friends unhappiness very well and effectively. She booked us in early evening on the 24th February.
